I wasn't procrastinating, but thinking about how we used to have baked plantains in Venezuela sometimes. So, I looked it up on the internet. It's straightforward process, but the funniest part of the whole thing was that there was a part on the bottom that said "Some of the recipes other cooks are looking at right now."
