We had a delayed opening at UNCA today because the roads were dusted with snow. Here is a haiku from a barkeeper at Bobo who wore an ascot in shades of black and white. He created it like a Mad-Lib. I asked him for syllables and he filled in the words.
There are two interpretations:
Pentatonically
We have stepped aside ourselves
Into lush boroughs
or
Pentatonically
We have stepped aside ourselves
Into lush burrows
I think he intended the latter, but I originally heard it as the former (perhaps stepping into Queens or the Bronx?).
