OM!

One more note about that Namaste class (see below post called "adventure"): at the end of the 3 hour class, the teacher said, "Now, I know that usually at the end of these classes, there's a nice, even, 'Om' and we all feel good about ourselves. This time, we are going to scream in the worst way, 'Om.'"

We did. It sounded awful. The point was to not take ourselves so seriously.

He was inspired by the youtube video: Inappropriate Yoga Guy. It's pretty funny, especially the part about the teacher training program. This one is funny, too. This character reminds me of some people in Asheville.
